Manager of Patient Access

Employment Type:Full Time
Description:Responsible for the supervision of scheduling, financial counseling, insurance verification, pre-registration, registration and admissions. Assist in the development, interpretation and administration of policies and procedures relating to patient access functions.
Duties:Strong computer skills with a competency in Microsoft Office products. Ability to use standard office equipment. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications:Bachelorís degree in business administration and a minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare facility preferred, or an Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare facility. Familiarity with clinical operations and patient accounting in a hospital setting are preferred.
