Diet Clerk, 1st and 2nd shift

Description:Performs duties in the automated diet office. Performs routine clerical tasks, including printing and data input of menus, nourishments, assembly of diet booklets and diet instruction sheets. Receives and routes telephone calls and messages. Performs other duties as required.

Duties:Must be able to read, write and follow instructions. Ability to work automated diet office system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to use a calculator. Some computer knowledge beneficial.
Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one year hospital food service experience. Experience in patient food service diets. Experience in automated diet office system. Clerical experience helpful.
